Everyone who wants to be and stay well! A balanced and strong body is a healthy body. We all require regular “tune ups” to attain musculoskeletal balance and gain energy. Also anyone with a chronic pain problem who has been unable to get relief despite trying many types of therapy should get my expert help.
If you are experiencing any pain, need to restore injured body parts, increase flexibility, or build strength, improve circulation or want to lose weight I can help you! If you are wondering if your current exercises are causing pain or reaching your goals, I can help you improve your routine. I can also help you improve posture, which if left uncorrected can cause damaging musculoskeletal conditions. I can evaluate whether your work station is causing repetitive strain injuries such as carpel tunnel syndrome and help you correct and prevent injury. Additionally, I help clients who have undergone surgeries and who are in need of help to regain optimal physical functionality. If your baby is experiencing colic and/or chronic ear infections, has developmental delays, or sensory processing disorders, I can help.
My Wellness Services also include Pilates Reformer Core Strengthening Programs to get your body in the best shape forever safely! You can get more information on my services here and conditions I treat here.
What should I bring with me to my first appointment?
Please bring any medical records you feel would be helpful as well as a list of your medications. I also recommend bringing in a list of any questions or concerns you may have. Please make sure that you arrive at least 15-minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. Or better yet, print the Intake Forms located on our Helpful Forms page, and bring them completed to your appointment.
What should I wear?
I highly recommend you bring comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing or athletic wear to our appointment because oftentimes you will be stretching or exercising. As for footwear, I suggest comfortable, closed-toe shoes, preferably sneakers. If you have any questions, please contact me prior to your first appointment.

Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore your body to balance; so much more than just building a ‘strong core’ or ‘perfect posture’. Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on spring-assisted apparatus or a mat, sometimes utilizing small equipment. One on One training is highly recommended before joining a group class to ensure that you are using the apparatus safely and performing exercises correctly to avoid injury.
